Description:
 
These wheel forgings used for heavy cranes and trunnion wheels. Gennerally, the material is : En 26 (AS 1444-X9940-X and 42CrMo4), The general hardness is ≧380 HB, We test the hardness by KING tester.

 

Forging standard: ASTM A 668/A668M

Tensile strength≧1150MPa;  Yield strength ≧1005MPa; Elongation A% ≧12

 

Chemical composition test and mechanical properties are performed by CNAS laboratory; The SGS witness the final inspection for measurement, KING test, Ultrasonica test and Wet Fluorescent Magnetic Particle test.
