XZZ Machinery Co., Ltd, was established in 2010,which belongs to Tai'an Huawei Group, focusing on the foreign sale with a registered capital of RMB150 million and a total investment of more than RMB600 million. Covering an area of 300,000 m2, The company now has 400 staffs, 60 of professional technical workers and management staffs, Meanwhile our company has variety of advanced nondestructive testing machine, physical and chemical testing machine, mechanical properties, metallurgical testing and other testing equipment. A total of 8 workshops, covering an area of 60,000m2, were built for machining, forging, riveting and quenching and tempering heat treatment.

The main equipment is one set of 12,000T open die forging hydraulic machine with a 130T mounted reclaimer, one set of 4,000T open die forging hydraulic machine with a 35T mounted reclaimer. The main forging equipment can forge the large and medium-sized forged parts: the max length of 20m shaft forgings, upsetting forgings of 6m disc forgings and ring forgings and 9m forged cylinder, which can achieve the max annual output of 120,000 tons of all kinds of forged parts. Products are mainly oriented to water (thermal) electricity, steam turbines, turbo-generators, industrial turbines, pipe molds, ships, petrochemical, metallurgical, pressure vessels and many other fields.

These are widely applied to large scale power enterprise and aerospace industry, natural gas and oil, mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding and offshore engineering industry etc.

He has 15 years of experience specializing in forging product quality inspection. He certified by MT Level 3 and UT Level 3 certifications in accordance with ISO 9712 standards. Alongside professional qualifications, his decades of on-site practice have built up extensive practical know-how. We appreciate his consistent efforts in strict quality control for all our products year after year.
